We want you to feel good about ordering from period.lk. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns and exchanges work — in plain language.
Return window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Contact us within that window and we’ll guide you through it.
What can be returned
- Unused and unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — always returnable, and we cover the return delivery cost.
What cannot be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate items that have been worn, washed, or removed from their sealed packaging — this includes period panties, menstrual cups, discs and reusable pads. This is standard practice for intimate hygiene products and protects every customer.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.
Size exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags, we’ll exchange it for a different size at no extra product cost. If you’re unsure before ordering, check our size chart or message us — we’re happy to help you choose.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email periodpanties.lk@gmail.com or WhatsApp +94 74 101 2016 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, what you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. For faulty items, please attach a photo.
- We’ll confirm by reply and share the return address and next steps.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days:
- Card or online payments — refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on delivery orders — refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it at no cost. Once it’s with the courier, treat it as a return.
Questions
We’re a small team and we answer every message. If anything about your order isn’t right, tell us — we’d much rather fix it than have you stay unhappy.
