Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders over LKR 7,500 — island-wide.
- Below that, a flat delivery charge of LKR 350 applies island-wide — shown at checkout before you confirm.
Delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within one business day and arrive in 0–4 business days. Colombo and suburbs are typically fastest; outstation deliveries can take a little longer. Public holidays and severe weather can add a day or two.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available island-wide. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel reaches you — no card, no bank transfer, no online payment needed. Please keep the exact order amount ready if you can.
Discreet packaging, always
Every order ships in a plain, unmarked parcel. There is no branding, no product names and nothing on the outside that indicates what is inside or where it came from. Nobody needs to know but you.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is dispatched we’ll message you. If you’d like an update at any point, WhatsApp us your order number and we’ll check where it is.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit, or the courier cannot reach you, contact us and we will sort it out. Damaged-in-transit items are always replaced or refunded — see our returns policy.
