These terms apply when you buy from period.lk. By placing an order you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and readable.
About us
period.lk is an online retailer based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, selling reusable period panties, menstrual cups and related period care products.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or there has been a pricing error, we may decline the order and will tell you promptly — you will not be charged, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Cash on delivery is available island-wide — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over LKR 7,500.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver across Sri Lanka, typically within 0–4 business days. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees — weather, holidays and courier delays can affect them. See our shipping and delivery page for details.
Returns
Our returns and exchanges policy forms part of these terms. In short: 7 days to request, unused and unwashed items only, with an exception for faulty or incorrect items.
Products and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear slightly different between screens, and measurements may vary marginally between batches. If a product is materially different from its description, treat it as a faulty item under our returns policy.

The period.lk name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

We take responsibility for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
