Ordering & delivery
Do you deliver across Sri Lanka?
Yes — island-wide, typically in 0–4 business days, with free delivery on orders over LKR 7,500.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available island-wide. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives — no card needed.
Is the packaging discreet?
Always. Every parcel is plain and unmarked, with nothing on the outside indicating what is inside or which store sent it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll change or cancel it at no cost.
Period panties
How many pairs do I need?
Three to five covers a full cycle for most people — wear one, wash one, dry one. Start with two to learn your flow.
How long can I wear one pair?
Typically 6–12 hours depending on your flow and the pair’s absorbency. When it starts to feel damp rather than dry, it’s time to change.
Do they leak?
Not when sized correctly and matched to your flow. The most common causes of leaks are a loose fit or an absorbency level that’s too light for the day.
Do they smell?
No — the wicking top layer pulls moisture away from skin and most pairs use antibacterial fabric. Odour usually means the pair was worn past its capacity or washed with fabric softener.
How do I wash them?
Rinse in cold water until it runs clear, then hand or machine wash with normal detergent and air dry. Never use fabric softener, bleach or hot water — they ruin the absorbent core.
How long do they last?
Two years or more with proper care — roughly 24 cycles.
Can teenagers use them?
Absolutely. They’re one of the easiest first-period options because there’s nothing to insert or position.
Menstrual cups
Which size should I choose?
Smaller sizes generally suit those who haven’t given birth vaginally or have a lighter flow; larger sizes suit heavier flow or post-childbirth. Check each product page for guidance.
How do I clean a cup?
Rinse with water during your cycle and sterilise in boiling water for a few minutes between cycles. Store it dry in its breathable pouch.
Returns
What if the size is wrong?
Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be exchanged within 7 days. See returns and exchanges.
Can I return a used item?
For hygiene reasons, no — unless it arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we always replace or refund it.
